It should suffice to add mh/Makefile to  AC_OUTPUT in configure.in
and mh to SUBDIRS in root Makefile.am. I noticed that on some systems
which already have argp.h header it was necessary to declare
extern char *program_invocation_short_name and program_short_name in
config.h.

Yes, both inc and scan are finished (except for audit file and
compressed folders support). I am using them for quite some time
instead of the original versions.
