Thanks for responding so quickly! This is a problem that becomes 
especially apparent on 
HFS+, which is case-insensitive. Currently, having FOO.txt hardlinked to 
foo.txt will hose 
both.

Anyway, I'll integrate the patch into Apple's build. Looking forward to 
another official release 
in the next few months, so we can ship an unpatched tar with Tiger.
