I only have test for a subset of the implemented functions.
Basically one per function (I'm living in the so far successful
hope that - since most things are implemented by macro expansion
and the pretty general EVP_ interface - the others will work the same.

The test vector however is the code from ball.askemos.org creating the
same results via rscheme and chicken.
