Summary: saving of complete classification, including tagged question

* srv/Classification: function tagged_questions_to_cduce_xml to prepare
  tagged questions for XML saving.

* srv/Io: call of above function.

* srv/Xml (cduce and mli): 

  - add data types in both XML and OCaml sides to describe format of
    classification's tagged questions;

  - in the produced XML, classification_base is after question_base
    (so in the future we could check that question identifiers in tagged
    question really exist);

  - tag <description> is now <desc> (it's shorter, so it saves space);

  - add function ocaml2xml_tagged to save the list of tags attached to a
    question and use it.
