* srv/Id: new function:

  - of_list to create a table from a list of (id, name). Add
    corresponding autotests;

  - force to add an entry with a given id. As of_list uses force, no
    need to add a specific test.

* srv/Classification: add functions to restore a Classification base
  from an CDuce data type. Add an autotest to test it, in conjunction
  with export functions.

* srv/Participants: add function to restore a Participant base from a
  Cduce data type. Add an autotest to test it, in conjunction with
  export functions.
