* srv/Participants: 

  - new function unsafe_authenticated_of_string to convert a participant
    login into the respective internal data structure. Add corresponding
    autotest;

  - "anonymous" is now manipulated as anonymous_as_string to make the
    code more clean.

* srv/Posbase:

  - import and export functions: correct saving and loading of question
    status;

  - functions to load a position base from XML data structure;

  - autotests to check the restoration is correctly done.

* srv/Xml:

  - code cleanup;

  - handling of status= in <question> tag;

  - update OCaml interface accordingly.
