[DotGNU]Pnetlib Status update

[Gopal.V]

The Status page has been updated using the new mscorlib.dll -- but
be warned , ignore the System.Net , System.Net.Sockets (and a few 
classes like System.Uri ) for now -- I'll fix it up as soon as 
System.dll compiles.
