Wasn't this kinda what Internet time (by swatch) was all about. I don't
think i've ever seen anyone actually use it (probably for a reason) but
i thought since it was an option in gkrellm and for the standard Gnome
panel clock someone might be interested and give it a go.
If you need to convert times just use
http://www.swatch.com/itime_tools/converter.php
So apparently the meeting will be @000 beats or something.
