My use of "open source" is no "rubric" associated with any particular
group. But as my audience here may ascribe a certain meaning to that
phrase, I'll try to use a different one here.

Are ftp, ssh, and apache experimental programs? Those are the only
programs relevant to the maintainers of Savannah for use of arch.
