I am pretty sure no one will force you to use it. And on the slim 
chance that something like this is implemented and there are any 
Emacs project members who read a form like this

   (quoteval (1 2 (unquote x) 4))

and do not either understand it immediately, or understand it 
seconds after doing a C-h o, can send their hatemail my way :)
