And are loath to read the archives off lists.gnu.org or Gmane?  Again,
where are the statistics?

I'm inclined to believe that the number of such individuals is actually
minuscule, since this problem was not mentioned by one of _them_, but by
the two of you, both regulars on this list with a penchant for
conjecturing on behalf of others.
