For the 32-bit build, I had to configure it --without-x because I don't
have the 32-bit GTK etc. installed.  But the TTY version worked.

I think I'm running into a problem with lface_id_to_name in xfaces.c.
This is apparently a dynamically allocated array of Lisp_Object.  How do
we trace this?
