Hey Sacha,I love your concept of "harvesting." So much so that I decided to expand the Q&A for my talk with lots more questions and answers :). Here they are: https://emacsconf.org/2022/talks/maint/Btw, I asked about VTT chapter markers on #emacsconf-org but I guess there's no one active on there at the moment:<countvajhula> I've finished adding NOTEs in the VTT file for the Q&A for my
talk, and I used subed to split the captions where the NOTEs
should be inserted [18:25]
<countvajhula> what should I do now?
<countvajhula> the wiki page mentions "subed-align" and
"emacsconf-subed-make-chapter-file-based-on-comments" but I'm
not quite sure what those do [18:27]On Sat, Dec 10, 2022 at 10:41 AM Siddhartha Kasivajhula <siddhartha.kasivajhula@gmail.com> wrote:Pretty sure I didn't cut out any spoken parts - just trimmed off the beginning and end and adjusted volumes. Great! I'll get the server to reencode your mp4 into a webm once it's
done with the transcripts, and I can ask it to re-transcribe your video
just in case you cut out any spoken parts. (Did you? If not, I can just
realign the current one. Oooh, I wonder if there's an audio diff tool
that can handle non-exact alignment...) I've just documented a process
for harvesting Q&A at https://emacsconf.org/harvesting/ . Looking
forward to getting all this cool stuff into the wiki pages!
