the scripts you will need to use icover can be found here:
At the end of the page, there is instruction on how to download, compile and run the code. As your email subject says, what you need to use mbtools is iCOVER, so the icosahedral coverings.
The key point is make sure the shell scripts are in your PATH, and the file which holds the coordinates can be found by the shell scripts (e.g. put the coordinate file in the working directory).
