* ported kAvoidPath(), kMemory()
* Fixed script uninstantiation not invalidating the global class table
* segment manager now initializes fields to NULL after realloc, this
fixes occasional segtable segfaults
* Song iterators now correctly detect the end-of-track command (SCI0)

For QfG2, weak_validations will have to become default. Note that, right
now, the changes I made to AvoidPath and Memory will be insufficient; a
slight change in address space management will be required, as will be
a hunk like "free heap memory" segment to get some of the nastier
parts of AvoidPath, Memory, StrAt etc. (supporting pointer arithmetics,
unlike hunk memory).
