Log message:
* Changed 'samples' to 'frames', where appropriate
* Added (partially tested) code to detect where the SDL headers are
located (workaround for external sdl detection tool)

Thanks go to Walter fo pointing out the inconsistent use of 'samples' vs.
'frames'!
