Log message:
* Minor fix to song library free-all code
* Implemented 'stop all' command for songs
* Song iterators now loop one time less
* Disabled some debug messages by default (see 'sci_debug_flags')

The song changes make the song subsystem somewhat more useful. I'm getting
weird crashes, though (QG1, usually around the time I fight the Kobold).
Could any of the people with more powerful checkers please have a look at
this?
