Also, everyone should be able to use theit old cvs login and password
also for subversion.  If it doesn't work, or you'd like to change the
password, please contact me with the new login and password (either in
plain text, or crypt() encrypted).

It's read-only atm, but it's not being synced against subversion, so
it's probably not very useful.  It'll also disappear altogether sometime
in the future.
