I think the jury is out on that one at the moment. I agree that this has
been a very rational discussion and that's the way to keep it.

I would say that if anything, the way Andrew has approached this speaks
volumes for his inclusion. However, I think that we need to work out the
procedures to resolve this for the future. Look at this as a useful
development process in moving the AFFs on. If we can't survive a few
issues like this and keep everyone on-side, we aren't going to get very
far.
