Andrew,
As secretary it is my responsibility to review the process with regard
to the constitution and prepare minutes, which I am currently doing.
As of yet there has been no official announcement regarding the new
committee --- the reason is that I can recommend changes if I
determine there has been anything unconstitutional.
Last week, I requested that the Chairman delay the final decision so I
could evaluate it carefully.
The minutes will contain the details of my evaluation, and will be
published when the Chairman makes the final announcement to all
members.
If you (or anyone else) have specific concerns you can raise them
directly with me via address@hidden
regards,
- --
