I'd like a few details nailed down before agreeing, so I know what I'm 
agreeing to.

What time span?  1 calendar year?  Until year end?  Until AGM?

Are anonymous donations acceptable?  Should we accept non-monetary 
donations?

Will donors only be listed on a web page, or should new donors be 
listed in the next newsletter, or something else?  Should we "band" 
donations?
