[gcmd-usr] arguments for differ meld

Hi,
 
here is a question for the arguments for differ meld:
The default settings are "meld %s".
Are there other arguments than "%s" to describe what meld should diff?
E. g. diff same file from left pane and right pane?
This would save me from switching to the right pane, then selecting / marking a 
file,
then switching back to the left pane and then start the differ.
