  i am from south india (chennai).
  my mobile provider charging just one Rupee (us$ 0.02 = uk pound 0.013)
per SMS.
  my SMSc numbers   is   +91-9840011003  ( www.airtelchennai.com or
www.airtelworld.com )

any more......?
