Ok, I got it.
Downloaded 0.6.14, compiled everything (using all Gnu tools) and solved some compilation issues (tips get on the mail-list archives), but I can't get communication with device working. I did configured Solaris to use libusb (ugen driver), and device is being correctly detected. Attached is a transcript of my last solaris session where I did cut off the irrelevant parts, and focused on main information. I had to use "model = series40" since there is no support for Nokia 6111 on 0.6.14.

I'll appreciate any help.

NOTE: As stated on Solaris 10 USB FAQ, whenecer a device has no driver, then 
ugen (libusb) is enabled for it. So, this device is conected to libusb 
interfaces. I also did try to force driver load, but result is the same.
