The DUPLICATES phrase is only allowed on the
ALTERNATE RECORD KEY clause and not on the
RECORD KEY clause.
This is consistent with 85 and 2002 standards.
It is also consistent with the implementation under
MF, ACU and BS2000.
What "standard COBOL" are you referring to ?
