Both logs show that there is no schema "gm" inside the
database. So, either the dump did not contain everything or
else the restore was.

 Exactly how did you dump and restore ?

 Can you "see" the database "gnumed_v13" in your PostgreSQL cluster ?

 Can you connect to it with psql ?
