It can't because its up to the sources where to put the files. We just
adapt to wherever they deign to put things. It is not reasonable to expect
them to put their output in places specific to GNUmed.
Oooh, you mean like, when the "filename" option in the source definition is
relative rather than absolute GNUmed would assume a certain base path to
apply the relativity against ?
That can technically be done but I fail to see how it would help.

Sure. The current code, however, doesn't do batch imports (but it will
show all the patients it can parse from each file if the parser
supports several patients per file).
