Rush to the least common denominator?  I hope not.

But the CEP(95) will differ with the same skyview depending on whether
you have DGPS data ni use or not.  Improvement by somewhat more than a
factor of 2.  Does the current computation allow for that?  And just
because the GPS a WAAS bird in the skyview does not mean it has the
correction data downloaded and in use yet.
