David, I compiled my cfengine binaries natively on Solaris 8. BTW, I am using the latest cfengine, 2.0.3. What I am trying now as a test is to add a timeout=300 to my shellcommands to see if that helps as well as the cfengine-die echo. I'll see tomorrow if that works. Aaron
