This sounds like a neat feature.  I didn't use the older cfengine,
just started with 2.0.0, but I think I could see a use for this.
Still, for those of us who are used to the current behavior, I 
think it would be worthwhile to keep the current default, and 
add the new feature as an option.  My own preference is to keep being
alerted every time.
