oci-container-service-type: Wrong type argument in position 1 (expecting struct)

Hello, I am trying to utilize the oci-container-service-type to manage 
containers in Guix and running into issues. Below is the relevant portion of my 
config.scm:

I also tried the example config given in the devel Guix manual, however that 
yielded the same results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
