Hi all,
i am currently using debian sarge and two different packages are downloadable:
octave and octave-forge
i have installed and currently using octave 2.1.69 but what are the
differences with octave-forge??
can i install octave-forge without conflict with octave 2.1?
programs in octave 2.1 are compatibles with octave-forge?
my question is especially related to the problem of saving plots under
linux as described in
http://www.octave.org/octave-lists/archive/help-octave.2005/msg01137.html
thank you very much, any help is appreciated : )
