1. copy the file into another name
2. do 'cvs update -A'
3. cpoy the file back to original name
4. check it in
Then you have the file with revision 5.1, and it is the right way to
do it. You CAN give it the same revision number (though I don't
remember how to do it, but it's possible), but it will corrupt
many things. Just give it a natural revision number.
