Okay. I have modified several things which made Gnus working to fetch
mails one hour ago. However, when launching Gnus, I receive the
following message:
movemail: Permission denied for /var/mail/merciadriluca (1 return).
Continue? (yes or no)
I do not understand why. Being in /var/mail, and typing
$ ls -al
results in
total 20
drwxrwsrwx 3 merciadriluca mail 4096 2009-08-07 12:38 .
drwxr-xr-x 15 root root 4096 2008-10-30 00:12 ..
drwxr-sr-x 2 mail mail 4096 2009-08-04 13:19 merciadriluca
-rw-r--r-- 1 merciadriluca mail 2 2009-08-07 12:32
merciadriluca.lock
What is the dot lock file? Do I have to make chown? If so, who to?
Thanks.
