Thanks for the prompt response.

I don't know how come I didn't notice that test user was commented out :(

I uncommented that line and changed one of the line sshd_config file to make it work

#Subsystem      sftp    /usr/lib64/ssh/sftp-server

Subsystem       sftp    /usr/lib/sftp-server
