site updates

Hi!

Today it's a holiday in PT and we won't be able to attend today's meeting. We have posted a couple of updates as pull requests:

• moved wrapper pages from sidebar to the _javascript_ Shield pages
• some edits to the _javascript_ Shield page to accomodate the link list
  
• fixed the Jinja build bug reported by Libor and reviewed dependencies

We'll keep going through the "website"-tagged bugs in the issue tracker, feel free to point any priority if there's something we should quickly fix.
