No, we didn't knew this project.

However, it's impracticable :
* limited platform (only M$, and i haven't ms-win !!!)
* free, but not free software. Not even open-source software

thx, maybe it may be usefull for someone else. Don't hesitate to tell us 
here if you discover something interesting.

For koha, we used the great MARC::Record perl package. It includes 
almost everything needed for us (but it's only a programmer tool)
