If I edit a library branch whose name has an apostrophe (e.g., Ambrose's Library
:-) the edit screen shows the branch name only up to the apostrophe (e.g., 
Ambrose).

This could be a dup of Bug 120, but that bug only deal with searches
specifically. We might actually have a much larger quoting problem generally.
