I'll second this nomination!  Joshua has done a lot for 
Koha, and I think would bring a lot to the table as a release 
manager.

Again, I agree completely!  Paul has done a great job through not just one, but 
two major releases.  I'm sure he'll continue to 
contribute great things to Koha.
