Ok, all your arguments are fine to me. I'm sure Joshua will be a 
good/great release manager.
The only difficulty will be for SAN to have an american Release Manager 
AND a deadline of 2006/01/01. I'll do all what I can to avoid having 
SAN-code not in main branch, as we have "argentina-code" that is waited 
since months (and should arrive, but still is not)

And I agree our kaitiaki should organise an IRC meeting.
As usual, should be planned at something like 8-10PM GMT for european 
ppl to be able to be here.

Possible dates for me are : May 10,11,12,16,19,20,23,24,25,26,27

PS : I'm VERY happy to see some mails on koha-devel & seeing new ideas 
for next releases.
