Thanks very much for your comments and explainations. Moving to UTF-8 is
definitely planned for Koha 3.0 (the next version). Here's a question
for you: do you know of any better translation methods that will ease
the maintenance load for you? We're very open to suggestions on how to
make translating Koha easier.
