Hi,

1. You can check Apache's log file for any errors. The log file should be
located unde the Apache directory probably something like C:\Program
Files\Apache Group\Apache2\logs\. Look at the "intranet_error" log file.

2. To add staff users, you'll need to create a "Staff" user group category.
Under Parameters->Borrower categories you can add a new user group category.
Then Members->Add member to create a new user account. Click on 'Save'. On
the following page, you can click on "Modify user flag" to set the allowable
functions for this particular user.
