Hi,

You can ignore the favicon errors. What is the URL you're currently using to
access the site? http://intranet?
Maybe you could try creating a new user in KOHA and try that account 1st.
I'm currently only using KOHA 2.2.7, so this error might be KOHA 2.2.8
specific or there might be some configuration error for apache.
