No. But I have never lived in a country where it is not banned. Let's
compare it with smoking: I often feel pestered by people smoking. If
someone would ban smoking from all public places, I'd feel _much_
better. In fact, I don't care about what ppl do in private.
Anyway, we are drifting a bit OT. We are comparing drugs to confinement.
But we do not want to ban confinement completely. Marcus' idea (aiui)
cannot be compared with banning drugs, because he doesn't want to ban
confinement. However, it might be worth it waiting for marcus giving us
the complete argument.
