I didn't know that removing a DVD was so simple.
I tried and the:
error: AHCI transfer time out.
has disappeared!!!
All credits to Daniel Tarrero :-D many thanks Daniel!
Moreover, with Debian 8.2.0 installed, and before removing the DVD the
behaviour was:

but after removing DVD the behaviour was:
grub> cryptomount -a
Attempting to decrypt master key....
Enter passphrase for ahci,msdos1 (d309etc...etc...etc...):
GRUB works for about 10 seconds then it prints:
Slot 0 opened
whit no more:
error: AHCI transfer time out.
Such error has disappeared!!!
The hang has disappeared after other commands too, running:
grub> ls -la
GRUB instantaneously prints:
Device memdisk: ...
Device lvm/grubcrypt-swap: No known filesystem detected - ...
Device lvm/grubcrypt-debian: Filesystem type ext* - ... UUID
1cbd60e7-4b00-41cd-8220-944369022911 ...
Device crypto0: No known filesystem detected - ...
...
Device ahci0: No known filesystem detected - ...
Partition ahci0,msdos1: No known filesystem detected - ...
...
RECAP
1. I have bought a Libreboot T400 with a HDD and a CD/DVD RW drive from
http://minifree.org/product/libreboot-t400/ It works perfectly with the
pre-installed Trisquel.
2. I have installed Debian with full disk encryption following Libreboot
documentation but I experimented some "error: AHCI transfer time out."
which last about 3 minutes. My "boot" process was:
a. type LUKS passphrase at GRUB
b. system hangs for about 3 minutes
c. type (again) LUKS passphrase during debian boot
d. type user passphrase at user login
3. I have removed the CD/DVD RW drive
(https://support.lenovo.com/es/es/videos/migr-72537) and the "error:
AHCI transfer time out." has disappeared. Now My "boot" process was:
a. type LUKS passphrase at GRUB
c. type (again) LUKS passphrase during debian boot
d. type user passphrase at user login
Best regards,
Tarin
