I put just "Arch" in the heading (because otherwise the heading was
just way too long, IMO) and "Arch (the GNU/Linux distrubtion)"
in the body.

I'm fine with this version passing.

Possible other changes:

 - The "democratic" thing.

 - I'm actually not super happy with the way I worded the Free Culture
   item.  The tone is different than the rest of the document.
