Thanks!  I'd rather wait for the patches for 1.4 (as well as the
multi-language branch, if you feel like taking care of that too :-),
to reduce drifting between the branches.

All in all, I consider the 1.3 branch dead, since the only reason why
1.4 hasn't been release yet is because we haven't had time to go over
a couple of pending patches and decide whether to install them or not
before the release.
