I expected someone would complain about the "Molto adagio" being so far  
right, over where the first note /would/ go.   Possibly it would be best to  
adjust the default with
  \override Score.KeySignature #'break-align-anchor-alignment = #RIGHT
  \override Score.MetronomeMark #'break-align-symbols =
     #'(time-signature key-signature)
