http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=3304The visual appearance is that whenever a different voice has a note _between_ two of the tuplet notes, the respective tuplet notes are made _closer_ than if there is no intervening other note.
Now the example looks like it is somewhat spaced out. I suspect that the problem is an uneven distribution of "spacing out". Can we get to see the same example but with a ragged-right setting? If my theory holds water, in a ragged-right (or non-spaced-out) setting, the tuplets would likely look evenly spaced. _Iff_ that turns out to be accurate, this would reduce the areas we have to check for the culprit.
