Hi James,

what is the status if LilyDev 3?  It would be good to have it out and  
update the instructions in CG.  In particular, Git's interface has become  
considerably more user-friendly since the version that is in LilyDev 2.6  
(it contains git 1.7.0, i think).  It would be good to have git > 1.8.0 on  
the new LilyDev.
